GDPR Specific

Article 4 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) specifically defines the duties of data controllers and data processors.

Williams & Fudge, Inc. is both a data controller and a data processor. As a data processor, Williams & Fudge, Inc. receives consumer information from its clients and from the consumers directly. Williams & Fudge, Inc. also receives information directly from consumers. Williams & Fudge, Inc. also uses other data processors for various functions, such as sending letters or processing payments.

While Williams & Fudge, Inc. functions as both roles, a data subject may contact the Data Protection Officer to revoke consent for his/her personal data. If such data is related to the client, Williams & Fudge, Inc. will pass this revocation back to the client.

William & Fudge, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy.

This privacy policy governs our data collection, processing and usage practices. It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information. By using the websites or mobile app you consent to the data practices described in this privacy policy. 1) Information We Collect & How We Use It

We only keep your personal information for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, to provide our services or to comply

with legal, tax or accounting requirements, to enforce our agreements or to comply with our legal obligations).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then it will be securely stored and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6) International privacy laws

If you are visiting our websites from outside the United States, please be aware that you are sending information (including Personal Data) to the United States where our servers are located. Our collection, storage and use of your personal data will at all times continue to be governed by this privacy policy.

We do use cookies for tracking. We only use cookies that are required for technical reasons.

8) Do Not Track

Some web browsers have the option to select “Do Not Track” which sends a special signal to websites to stop tracking your activity. Our website and mobile apps do not respond to the “Do Not Track” signal at this time.

This privacy statement may be updated or change occasionally. We will post the date of the changes at the beginning of this statement. Please check this privacy statement to make sure you are aware of our current privacy practices.

11) Text Message Consumer Notice

By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you give Williams & Fudge, Inc. permission to send you account-related text messages, such as payment reminders and notifications.

  1. The number of messages will vary by account.
  2. By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you agree you own or have permission to use the mobile number.
  3. Message and data rates may apply.
  4. To opt-out of text messages to the number provided, text STOP to {CompanyShortCodeNumber} or text STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.
